How to play Hangman

Hangman is the classic: a hidden word, one letter at a time, and a gallows that gains a stroke for every letter that is not in it. Six mistakes and the drawing is finished.

Every word comes from a named theme — animals, countries, food, sport, space, music, weather or jobs — and the theme is shown from the start, so your first guess can be smarter than a vowel. The letters you have tried stay marked on the keyboard, green for the ones that were in the word.

A run is ten words with the themes shuffled, and the words tend to get longer as you go. A word you do not finish costs one of three lives. Longer words, and words finished with fewer mistakes, score more.

Objective

Solve ten themed words before the gallows is finished three times.
