These terms are written in plain English because the site is simple: XorVilo Game is a free collection of browser games with no accounts, no payments and no server behind it. By playing here you agree to the few points below.

What the site offers

Every game is free to play in a modern web browser. Nothing is installed beyond what an ordinary web page loads, and nothing is sold. Games may be added, changed or removed at any time, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Your scores and settings

Scores, favorites, play history and settings are stored only in your browser, on your device. There is no account to recover them from. Clearing your browser's site data, switching browsers or changing devices starts you from zero, and we cannot restore what was lost. The privacy page lists exactly what is stored.

Acceptable use

Play as much as you like, on as many devices as you like. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the hosting it runs on, do not use automated tools to copy the site or its games at scale, and do not republish the games or their artwork elsewhere without permission.

Ownership

The games, their artwork, the catalog text and the site design belong to the operator of XorVilo Game unless stated otherwise. The site is built on open-source software and typefaces that remain under their own licenses, listed on the credits page.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided as they are, free of charge, without any warranty that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost scores or progress.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
