How to play Castle Defense
Castle Defense puts three lanes in front of your wall. Archers loose on their own at whatever leads each lane, but the ballista is yours to aim: pick a lane, fire, and the bolt takes the leading attacker. Boiling oil clears everything already at the wall, and then takes a long time to heat again.
Each lane has its own wall section. Raiders chip at it, sappers tear into it, and brutes go through it. Once a section falls, whatever reaches that lane starts on the keep itself, and the keep is the run.
Between assaults you spend the stone your defenders earned: repair the wall, sharpen the arrows, shorten the oil cooldown or thicken the wall for good. There is never enough for all four, and the next assault is already forming. Ten assaults, each larger and closer behind the last.
Objective
Aim the ballista, time the oil and spend stone wisely enough to survive ten assaults.
